rajbaje Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rajbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rajbaje website at rajbaje.net and all associated services, products, features, and content provided through that website (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the rajbaje website, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a promotional offer, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been opened.

Access to and use of the rajbaje Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

rajbaje conducts identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) checks as part of the account registration process and at subsequent intervals, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to operate exactly one (1) rajbaje account. This restriction applies per individual person, per household address, per shared device or IP address, and per payment method. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, or through use of VPN or proxy services to mask your true location — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rajbaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to void any bets placed and forfeit any balances held within those accounts.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify rajbaje immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. rajbaje will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

3.4 Account Information Updates. You must keep the contact information associated with your account — including your registered email address and mobile number — up to date at all times. rajbaje uses these contact details to communicate important account information, including security alerts, bonus notifications, and withdrawal confirmations. rajbaje accepts no liability for delays or failures in communication caused by outdated account contact information.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. rajbaje reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month period, provided that the account balance is sufficient to cover such deductions. rajbaje will notify the registered account holder by email before applying any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive may be closed at rajbaje's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rajbaje currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your rajbaje account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two (2) banking days to process. rajbaje does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the rajbaje payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; Rocket and Upay withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes; bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are required.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations. rajbaje reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus before a withdrawal can be approved. rajbaje reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraudulent activity, identity concerns, or policy breaches are under investigation.

4.6 Failed and Reversed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails to credit to your rajbaje account, you must contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number within seventy-two (72) hours of the attempted transaction. rajbaje will investigate and, where the payment provider confirms receipt, credit the amount to your account within five (5) business days. rajbaje accepts no liability for losses resulting from failed transactions caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. rajbaje offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and this section, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the total of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked). 5.4 Bonus Abuse. rajbaje actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts, exploiting platform errors in bonus calculations, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions on offers, or placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent — will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for suspension. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with rajbaje.

5.5 Welcome Bonus. The rajbaje welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is eligible for the welcome bonus only once. Players who have previously held a rajbaje account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to the specific welcome offer terms published on the Platform at the time of your registration.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. 6.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event that a betting market is offered, a price is quoted, or a game result is displayed as a consequence of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in a materially incorrect outcome, rajbaje reserves the right to void all affected bets and restore account balances to the pre-bet position. This applies regardless of whether the error favoured the player or the Platform. rajbaje will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international cricket — are governed by the specific market rules published within the Sports section of the Platform. These rules cover settlement procedures, void conditions, abandoned match policies, and in-play bet acceptance. Players are advised to read the relevant market rules before placing bets on any sporting event.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on rajbaje use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined at the moment each round is initiated and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the game provider, or the player after that point. • You will not make any public statement — whether on social media, in online forums, in press releases, or in any other public medium — that is materially false, defamatory, or misleading regarding rajbaje, its services, its staff, or its players.

rajbaje reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: voiding bets, suspending or permanently closing the offending account, withholding and forfeiting balances, and reporting the conduct to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits such reporting.

8.1 Suspension by rajbaje. rajbaje reserves the right to suspend your account — temporarily or permanently — at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party; fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected in connection with your account; your account is under investigation for any reason; or continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

8.2 Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your rajbaje account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining real-money balance. Account closure requests submitted whilst a withdrawal is pending will be processed after the withdrawal has been completed. Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or termination — whether initiated by you or by rajbaje — your right to access the Platform and all associated Services ceases immediately. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules and the resulting balance (whether a win or a loss) will be applied to your account. Real-money balances in closed accounts will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to the completion of any required identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons should contact support at [email protected] to activate the self-exclusion tool. Once self-exclusion has been applied, the account will be suspended for a minimum of six (6) months and cannot be reactivated within that period. 8.5 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajbaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic or non-economic loss, even if rajbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages. rajbaje's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
